Day-of coordination is what the name implies. We coordinate the
actual day of the wedding. You plan the wedding. Then, a few
weeks prior to the wedding, we sit down and go over all the details of the
wedding that you have planned. White Diamond Weddings takes over from there. We
verify arrival times with vendors, create itineraries for the wedding party,
families, and vendors, and deal with all the nitty-gritty details on the wedding
day. This allows you to relax and enjoy spending time with your friends and family.

We typically book anywhere from 3 - 18 months in advance.

section of our website. We can also email you a copy of our current
brochure and rates. Contact us to set up
your complimentary one hour appointment.

Prices are based on a flat rate fee for services rendered. |

A deposit of 25% is required to reserve the date requested. |
 |
Final payment is due at least two weeks prior to the event. |
 |
Acceptable forms of payment are: cash, check, cashier's check
or money
order. |
 | Payment via credit or debit card can be accepted via
PayPal.
Payments made via PayPal will require an additional 2.9%
processing fee. |

A fee of $25 will be charged for any checks returned for
non-sufficient funds. |
 | Weddings booked less than 30 days prior to the event
require
100% payment upon booking. |

For cancellation of a day-of coordination package, the refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation 30 days or more prior to the event: 100% refund |
 |
Cancellation less than 30 days: 0% refund, unless another
event is booked
for the same date.
 |
If an event of equal or greater value is booked for the
same date, a
100% refund will be issued. |
 |
If an event of lesser value is booked for the same date,
a 50% refund
will be issued. |

White Diamond Weddings provides "day-of" wedding
coordination services in the Raleigh, NC area. We service Raleigh, Durham, Cary,
Morrisville, Fuquay-Varina, Clayton, RTP, Chapel Hill and more. We also travel to
weddings outside the Raleigh, NC area.
An additional travel fee will be applied if the event is greater than 30
miles from Raleigh, NC. Contact us and we will
work together to create a custom package that fits
your needs.
