When you hire White Diamond Weddings to plan your wedding, you will receive individualized attention throughout the entire planning process. Whether you want help with just a few items or every little wedding detail, we have a plan that will work for you... and if we don't, we'll create one!

Here's a sampling of what we can do:

Assist with pre-planning activities such as budget creation, guest list, and attendants

Create a customized list of recommended vendors based on wedding budget and vision

Schedule and attend vendor appointments (Including but not limited to ceremony site, reception site, officiant, caterer, photographer, rentals, videographer, musicians, florists, cake, invitations, transportation, etc)

Assist with guest planning such as assembling invitations, addressing invitations, reserving out of town guest accommodations, gift bags, info sheets, save the dates, seating charts, programs, calligraphy, etc

Schedule and attend wedding dress, bridesmaid and formalwear appointments and fittings

Schedule beauty appointments (hair, nails, makeup, massage, etc)

Facilitate the planning of the rehearsal dinner, bridal brunch, honeymoon, and any other wedding weekend event

Contact all vendors to confirm arrival times on the day of the wedding

Attend and direct wedding rehearsal

Attend and direct ceremony & reception

Create detailed itineraries for you, your wedding party, and your vendors

Meet vendors upon arrival on the day of the wedding

Distribute payments to vendors on your behalf

Assist with loading gifts into designated vehicle
